Cassandra Creech joined the cast of As the World Turns in December 1998, in the role of Denise Maynard. She was an exotic dancer who was treated by Dr. Ben Harris (Peter Parros). Denise and Andy Dixon have a baby, Hope due to a one-night stand.

The actress was born on December 30 in Clayton, NC. She attended the North Carolina School of Arts. After graduation she moved to New York where she now lives with her husband, Jonny Bowden and their 3 dogs, Tigerlily, Max and Woodstock. Her TV credits include Another World (Dana Kramer), NewYork Undercover and USA's Sins of the City.
