Hunt Blockjoined the cast of As the World Turns in July 2000, in the role of Craig Montgomery. Craig is Lucinda Walsh's ex-son-in-law. He was married to Lucinda's daughter Sierra. Sierra and Craig have 2 children Bryant and Luci. The part of Craig Montgomery was previously played by Scott Bryce. Before leaving Oakdale the last time, Craig had fallen in love with Lucinda's half sister Samantha. Craig is now involved with Barbara and is going to marry her..what Barbara doesn't seem to realize is that he is only after her money. Craig's son Bryant is involved with Barbara's daughter Jennifer.

Block lives with his family in Connecticut and was raised in a Maryland suburb. He has appeared in movies such as The Lonely Guy and The Next Best Thing. On the small screen, he is best known to soap opera fans for his portrayal of Ben Warren on Guiding Light, which earned him a Soap Opera Digest Award nomination for Best Villain. He has also guest-starred on such shows as Murder, She Wrote and Hill Street Blues as well as in several made-for-television movies, including Bloodline: Beverly Hills Ninja Murders, The Dirty Dozen IV and She Was Marked for Murder. Block, who holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Harvard University, was the recipient of the Vivian Beaumont Fellowship and the American National Theatre Association Fellowship.
